The Başbağlar Massacre went down in history as the second massacre that happened in the first week of July in 1993. A group of PKK (Kurdistan Workers’ Party) cmae into the village of Başbağlar in Erzincan and killed 28 people.

Despite the fact that 25 years passed, the subjects of the Başbağlar Massacre have not identified yet. This fact openly shows that the judiciary system in Turkey has crippled legs and that is a real shame!
